Bodie State Historic Park

The Wheaton & Hollis Hotel was orginally the US Land Office. This picture was taken through a window -- the sign is inside the hotel building, and the other buildings and truck are reflections in the glass.

In December 1986, the band U2 visited this hotel for photography for their Joshua Tree album.
