Our routine involved getting up before dawn and driving for a few hours before stopping for breakfast.
Below: Sunrise somewhere near Winnemucca, Nevada, and then breakfast that morning in Elko.
Below: Views from the road - on the left, Utah; on the right, Wyoming.
Left: Any cross-country trip on I-80 requires a stop at the original Cabela's store in Sydney, Nebraska.
Right: Crossing the Mississippi between Iowa and Illinois.
We stayed with them for over two months, while we got our new home ready for the delivery of our furniture.
